Denholm Oilfield Services specialise in cleaning in a wide range of industrial contexts, including substrate materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, incolloy associated with pipework, vessels, heat exchangers, drums and storage tanks.

Cleaning with water pressures of 1,000 to 60,000 psi, high pressure water jetting provides an extremely effective solution for carrying out a range of cleaning and decontamination services. However, we regularly use chemical cleaning and acid pickling to undertake the removal of residual oils, greases, waxes, heavy rusting and oxides, mill-scales, and elimination of other contaminants.

We also use specially designed chemical circulation tanks using either steam or electric power as the source of energy for various applications. This specialist equipment is connected to a range of chemical resistant pumps, hoses and tapping points to enable the plant to be pretreated, cleaned, pacified and flushed efficiently, and safely in accordance with the client agreed specifications.

We are well practiced in the design and manufacture of specialist equipment and in particular the design and manufacture of portable bundle pulling and cleaning equipment. We also have our own fully containerised separation systems for on site sludge treatment, splitting sludge into oil, that can be re-injected into the production process, water and a dry sediment.
