Denholm Oilfield Services Purchase Pipeline Maintenance International Ltd

Denholm Oilfield Services have successfully completed the purchase of trade and assets of Pipeline Maintenance International Limited, to be known as PMI Denholm Limited (PMI). PMI are a specialist pipeline maintenance company operating from offices based in Chesterfield.

PMI currently have a turnover of £1.3 million, which is generated from the UK utility market and adhoc overseas projects.

The acquisition is an excellent opportunity for the division to expand its core range of services and expertise in both offshore and onshore oil and gas sectors.
