Division Acquires Valvecare Engineering I am delighted to announce that Denholm Oilfield Services has acquired Valvecare Engineering, a specialist valve management company based in Welbourn and Aberdeen. Valvecare provide high quality services for valves, actuators, positioners and associated equipment. Their business complements our existing valve servicing and repair businesses in Aberdeen and Kazakhstan, and will form part of our strategy to provide a fully integrated mechanical services package to our UK and international clients. I am also pleased to advise that Nick Burtt, who established Valvecare in the 1980s, is continuing in the role of Managing Director. He will be working closely with Denholm management to ensure that there is a smooth integration into the division, and that opportunities in the UK and overseas continue to be developed.
