Denholm Oilfield Services company Denholm MacNamee, a leading provider of innovative asset cleaning and decontamination solutions, has announced the acquisition of M S Industrial Services Group.
Inverurie-based Denholm MacNamee has bought out of administration the trade and assets of environmental services and equipment provider MSIS Group for an undisclosed sum. The move is expected to secure the majority of jobs.
From bases in Inverurie and Invergordon, MSIS Group operates onshore and offshore in sectors including oil and gas, utilities, distilling, construction and civil engineering and activities are seen as synergistic to those currently undertaken by Denholm MacNamee.
Commenting on the acquisition, Denholm MacNamee managing director Brian Ritchie said: “By pooling the resources and expertise of both organisations under the Denholm MacNamee banner, we hope to further enhance our already expansive offering to both organisations current and future clients and look forward to forging a successful future as one.”
